Mango lassi recipe with mango pulp | aam ki lassi
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh Alphonso mango puree
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- few saffron threads
- 2 green cardamom pods, skin removed and seeds crushed
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine the yogurt, mango puree, cinnamon, saffron, cardamom, and water in a blender. Blend the mixture until it is very creamy.
- Divide the ice cubes among four glasses. Pour the lassi into the glasses and top with more saffron.
