Bhutta |Grilled Corn Recipe
Bhutta or grilled corn is among the most loved road side snack recipe popular in various parts of world. Corn is healthy and rich in fiber content. It can also help in weight management. Among various cooking methods roasting corn is one of them. Usually sweet corn is preferred for roasting.

Bhutta |Grilled Corn Recipe
Corn on cob is prepared from tender maize which is soft to eat. Lemon juice and some roasted masalas adds tasty puch to bhutta.
Ingredients
- 2 big tender and fresh sweet corn husk and silk extracted
- 1 big lemon
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- chaat masala to taste, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat or, if using a gas stove, increase the flame to high. Place the corn on the grill or over a flame and cook for 2 minutes, rotating after 2 minutes. In around 5 minutes, the corns should be nicely charred and aromatic.
- Apply half a lemon (or more) to each ear of hot corn. Also apply red chili powder, and chaat masala.
- Eat it warm.
